Manjeet was our driver and guide for a few days in Amritsar in January. Manjeet was always punctual, polite and professional. His knowledge of Amritsar, Punjab, local culture cuisine and Sikhism was vast. His English is excellent and that’s very useful in Amritsar where many do not speak the language. His approach to guiding us included many of his personal experiences in Amritsar and of his Sikh faith. One example was having chai tea at the tea-stall he and his classmates went to during their student years. That approach enriched our experience immensely. He became a friend as well as being our guide. We were very fortunate to have him.
